COVID Update

It is a challenging and uneasy time for a lot of us, one thing that should never be uncomfortable is your massage session. Here is what I am doing to make sure you have peace of mind every time you hop on the table...

Due to covid restraints I am not seeing as many clients as before. I am limiting my days to 3-4 sessions with long 1-2hr gaps between each. Masks are required during your session and are only allowed to be pulled to expose your nose while your face is in the face cradle. The face cradle is fully wrapped and does not have an opening, so while face down you may remove your mask if keeping it on is restricting your ability to breath.

Mobile Sessions

- Temperature check is required prior to getting on the massage table.

- For outdoor sessions I do have a covid-friendly tent set up. You can learn more about that here.

- For indoor sessions I do require some sort of air purifier in  the room we will be working in, as well as proper air flow from open windows/doors. 

- Masks are required while your face is not in the face cradle.

- Everything is sprayed and/or wiped down with disinfectant and rubbing alcohol before AND after the session.

- All dirty laundry is bagged at the end of the session and transported separated from my supplies.

Sessions At Mias

- Temperature check is required prior to getting on the massage table.

-Masks are required while your face is not in the face cradle.

- Air filtration is in the entry space as well as the massage room.

-Everything is sprayed and/or wiped down with disinfectant and rubbing alcohol before AND after the session (including bathrooms, door handles, wall areas of client clothing area, ect).

- Personal cloth hand towels are provided in the restroom for hand washing (and can be left on the floor after use to signal that it is dirty).

- Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance, in the bathroom as well as in the massage room.

I want to make sure you feel comfortable knowing I will always be transparent because I ask the same from you:

- If I receive a positive test or come into contact with someone who is exposed, if I have seen you or we have a session coming up you will be informed immediately. 

- If I receive a positive test or come into contact with someone who is exposed I will temp close Mia's Mobile Massage until I am able to figure out if I am at risk and take the necessary steps; quarantine and/or testing.

- If I experience ANY symptoms what so ever (covid type or not) before or up to 3 days after your session, you will be informed.

- I will inform you of all plans that involve air travel if they fall within 10 days of your session.
