For New Clients

I am currently taking new clients~ I can't wait to work with you! :)

I Can't Find Any Available Sessions

My schedule is currently booking 6-8 weeks in advance. If you are unable to find the sessions you need please click here to add yourself to a cancellation list.

What areas do you service?

I currently only service Seattle City Limits, though can be booked outside of Seattle for a travel fee.

If you book a session outside of Seattle, please be aware that I may contact you to wiggle your start time a bit and depending on the distance there may be additional fees.

Is there anything I should provide for Mobile Massage?

Though you always have the option to provide your own items to make yourself more comfortable (some people like to pick their own music or use their own blanket), I do come with everything needed to make your session fantastic.

What if I don't have an injury and just want to relax?

I am totally here for you! Though most of my work is with injuries and postural deviations, my massage style is catered towards being deep, relaxing and effective. We don't need to focus on an injury to have you feeling renewed. :)

How does timing work?

Mobile Sessions - Due to set up and break down of the massage table, you should expect an extra 30 minutes on top of your hands-on time (15 minutes before, 15 minutes after). This is to allow space while I set up and break down the massage table, as well as allow us some wiggle room to chat without having to feel rushed. Your hands-on time doesn't start until you are on the table, so you can rest easy knowing you are getting your full 60, 90 or 120 minutes of bliss no matter what time we get started.

Massage@Mias - If this is your first session, I recommend coming 15 minutes before your appointment start time. This is so you can fill out paperwork and we can take some time to discuss what you are looking for out of your sessions. :) If you are a regular, please arrive a few minutes before your appointment start time so we can catch up, drink some tea and talk about what's bothering you.

Why do you recommend a 90 minute sessions?

My style is slow, deep and detailed. If you have chronic pain, multiple areas of discomfort or would like a full body, I always recommend starting with a 90 minute session. With this amount of time, we can give your areas of complaint plenty of love, while also being able to check out the rest of the body and see what could be contributing to your discomfort. When it comes to the body, everything is connected. We often find that, for example, your low back discomfort is actually coming from the abdomen and hips. Or your knee pain is coming from the glutes... Wrist pain coming from the shoulder. Etc... Starting with longer sessions insures that we have no need to rush through any area that ails you.

What is the first Mobile session like?

I strive to arrive about 15 minutes before your session start time. The early arrival time is used to move anything needed in the room to make space, set up the massage table, have you fill out paperwork and talk about what you are looking for out of our time together.

We will create a treatment plan based on your individual needs, and once that is agreed upon the session starts.

After our session, I will clean up and put the space back together if items needed to be moved. During this time we will discuss how you feel, after-care instructions and anything else you may need.

Do you treat plantar fasciitis, shin splints, sciatica, etc..?

I do! My background is in injury treatment and sports massage. I have years of experience in a chiropractic and rehabilitation center where I helped provide relief to those struggling with postural issues, spinal curvature disorders, acute injuries, chronic pain and athletic performance issues. I have also worked as lead massage therapist on an injury prevention team for a group of Irish dancers.

You can always feel safe in my hands knowing I have the education and experience to facilitate the healing process, and will never work on an injury I am unsure about.
